BSML provides nationwide compliance and maintenance support to over 1,500 UK retail locations operated by BSML under our contract with Frasers Group.

Our services include a fully managed 24-hour helpdesk and a responsive reactive maintenance solution, with attendance targets of as little as 48 hours. Reactive works cover a wide range of disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, pest control, and general building maintenance.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is delivered through our dedicated three-person mobile engineering teams, ensuring consistent service quality and operational efficiency across the estate.

Our dedicated compliance team plays a critical role in ensuring all statutory and regulatory obligations are met across all sites. Through robust monitoring, the team provides full visibility and assurance that all assets remain compliant with current legislation and industry standards.

To support this growing contract, BSML has established a new regional office in Goole, strengthening our presence in the North of England and enhancing service delivery for Frasers Group nationwide.
